Special boilers for combustion of wood chips (max. G 15 [Length 15 mm Ø 10 mm]), pellets and other biomass fuels such as straw pellets. This biomass heating system is equipped with an “integrated fuel-pre-gasification” and triple air control for primary air, secondary air and the flue gas fan.

The package includes: Boiler body made of 5 mm steel sheet and jacket with 80 mm thick 2-layer-round insulation.

Furthermor, the cleaning device, and a built-in safety heat exchanger for thermal safety are included.

The combustion chamber is fitted with a 16-piece ceramic “heat retainer”, this with a thickness of up to 100 mm. The retort consists of a high temperature-resistant 6-piece ceramic block. The biomass heating system can be ordered with the option of loading from the right or left side. This biomass heating system is also available with a nominal heat output of 22 kW.

An integrated induced draught fan ensures consistent lower pressure in the boiler, and prevents problems with different draft conditions of combustion.

In addition, the induced draught fan assures in connection with the automatic ignition an unproblematical start.

The biomass heating system is suitable for the combustion of wood chips (max. G15 [length 15 mm Ø 10 mm]), pellets (wood and plant), corn and other biomass fuel which meets the above size requirements.

The biomass heating system has been tested for emissions and passed the type examination test and has been certified by TÜV Munich (for natural wood fuels).

The fuel feed is possible through a feeder tank, or by a storage conveyor of various sizes and designs.

The usable fuels and fuel types are dependent on the feed conveyor system
